CONGRATULATIONS TO JAMES MASTERTON
After a two-year absence from Pro Watercraft racing, James Masterton has made a triumphant return. The Sydney local competed in the 2011 Australian Watercross Nationals held on Botany Bay this past weekend (April 9-10) and came out on top in what was a nail biting finale right down to the checkered flag in the final moto of Pro Runabout. “I decided to make my return to racing during the Christmas break when I heard the championship was being held in Sydney. It has been a while since we have held a National here so I was excited to get back out there and race.” By re-capturing the Australian number one plate, James has qualified for the 2011 World Finals held in Lake Havasu City, Arizona on October 1st-9th for which he will race for the 10th time in his career. “We are beginning to work on some new things as we speak for the World Championships, you only get one chance over there for a win, the level of competition is intense and they show no mercy.”

Worx have just received news that our new WR235 intake grate for the new model Seadoo's, which we released recently, have been tested by several global dealers both in the USA and Thailand and have had outstanding results. Jet Ski modify in Thailand and CT-Watercraft in the USA ran test on grates available on the market and Worx's WR235 outperformed them all. NEW MANAGER FOR WORX RACING COMPONENTS
Worx have great pleasure in announcing they have appointed a new manager to take over the day to day runnings of Worx Racing at Salisbury. Jason Barry will commence work on Monday 10th January. Jason is a keen freerider, has had previous experience in fitting and selling the Worx products and has been working in the jet ski industry for over six years. Worx would like to congratulate Ross Champion for winning the 2010 Blowsion Surf Slam. Ross is a sponsored Worx rider and has won many world titles and events using Worx products. Worx would also like to say well done to Mark Gomez who this year competed in the Pro class after winning Amateur last year and came equal fifth with Pierre Maixent. Pierre and Mark are also Worx sponsored riders and run straight off the shelf products.
